We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Executive to drive growth within the eCommerce and retail media space. This role focuses on acquiring and managing relationships with Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok brands, leveraging industry expertise to deliver immediate impact. You will own the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to closing complex deals, while positioning solutions against competitive agencies and technology providers. Success in this role requires consultative selling skills, strong industry relationships, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where performance, strategic thinking, and competitive insight are highly valued. You will collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging, drive revenue, and influence market positioning. This role may require up to 25% travel for client meetings, industry events, and team sessions.
Own the end-to-end sales process, from identifying prospects to closing complex deals with eCommerce brands.
Target and acquire net-new brands aligned with ideal customer profiles, leveraging existing industry relationships to accelerate pipeline growth.
Sell consultatively to performance marketers, eCommerce leaders, founders, and C-level executives.
Position solutions confidently against agencies and technology competitors while maintaining credibility with stakeholders.
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets.
Partner with internal teams to refine messaging, competitive positioning, and sales strategies.
Travel as needed for key client meetings, industry events, and team sessions.
Requirements:
7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in eCommerce, AdTech, Retail Media, or Marketplace SaaS.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in competitive environments.
Deep knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok marketplace advertising, retail media, and brand growth challenges.
Credible, consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Strong pipeline discipline, strategic account planning, and forecasting accuracy.
Existing relationships with mid-market or enterprise eCommerce brands is a strong advantage.
Experience working at digital commerce agencies, retail media agencies, or eCommerce technology providers preferred.
