About This Position

Field Marketing Operations Coordinator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Operations Coordinator in the United States.
This role provides a critical operational backbone to the field marketing team, ensuring events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives run smoothly and deliver measurable results. You will coordinate and execute a wide range of field activities, from regional dinners and conferences to booth programs and promotional campaigns, while managing logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up. The position requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Your work will directly impact referral generation, brand awareness, and business growth, ensuring the field team is prepared, on-brand, and successful in engaging audiences. This is a hybrid role combining remote work with travel to key events.
Accountabilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field events including dinners, partner lunches, conferences, and on-site activations.
  • Manage logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, contracts, menus, AV, staffing, and day-of event coordination.
  • Oversee booth programs and promotional materials: ordering, shipping, setup, and vendor management.
  • Create standardized event briefs, playbooks, and checklists to ensure consistency and eliminate last-minute issues.
  • Maintain inventory of swag, marketing collateral, and field kits, ensuring timely distribution and replenishment.
  • Support Salesforce-based campaigns: design and deploy targeted email blasts and track event-driven leads.
  • Facilitate post-event follow-up: route leads, execute thank-you workflows, and produce detailed recaps with recommendations.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 25+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, marketing operations, sales enablement, or commercial operations.
  • Proven ability to manage logistics-heavy programs end-to-end, including events, conferences, and shipments.
  • Proficiency with business tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project tracking platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development/Sales, Operations, and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) for lead routing and follow-up tracking.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills, with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Experience in healthcare, mental health, or referral-driven growth environments preferred.
  • Comfortable traveling 2535% of the time and working remotely from a quiet, dedicated space.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $60,000$70,000 USD per year.
  • Flexible remote work environment with scheduled travel for events.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.
  • Health benefits and wellness support (subject to company policies).
  • Opportunity to work cross-functionally and gain exposure to field marketing, event operations, and commercial growth strategies.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven work environment focused on impact and results.
