About the job:
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for front-end recruiting functions. The ideal candidate should have deep experience with industry-standard candidate search tools and logic. Candidates should be comfortable in a metric-driven environment.
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
- Using your strong search acumen to find top talent.
- Successfully fill requisitions while being mindful of standard talent acquisition metrics including time to hire.
- Perform as an advocate for the Cherry Coatings culture and brand.
- Provide efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate.
- Proactively source candidates through a variety of methods (social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and various other platforms)
- Responsible for gathering, maintaining, and reporting data to communicate progress and performance.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to understand requirements and strategy leading to timely and meaningful talent acquisition outcomes.
- Maintain clear and consistent records within Cherry Coatings systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years experience in a dedicated talent sourcing role.
- Strong understanding of talent search tools and logic
- Experience utilizing industry standard ATS system(s)
Nice to Have:
- Strong understanding of search logic including search strings and operators.
- Construction environment experience.
- F&A environment experience
Location:
- Remote opportunity for candidates based within the Salt Lake City Metro
- Candidates should be open to occasional travel (less than 10%)
