About This Position
General Responsibilities
The Cash Management/Treasury Services Sales Leader provides strategic leadership for Peoples Security Bank & Trust’s treasury management sales function. This role is responsible for driving core deposit growth, treasury fee income, and client adoption of cash management solutions through effective leadership, coaching, and execution. The Sales Leader serves as a key partner to Commercial Banking, Retail, Operations, and Executive Management in aligning treasury sales strategies with the Bank’s overall growth and profitability goals.
Essential Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop the Treasury Sales team, including a team of Business Development Officers across the Bank’s footprint, to achieve core deposit growth goals
- Establish annual sales plans, performance benchmarks, and incentive structures
- Drive execution of treasury sales strategies that support core funding growth
- Participate in key prospect and client meetings as needed
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with Treasury Operations to ensure strong client onboarding and service delivery
- Identify training needs and support ongoing professional development of treasury sales staff
- Monitor competitive trends, pricing, and product positioning
- Provide input on treasury product development, enhancements, and pricing strategies

- Actively represents the Bank in public relations and other related community activities.

Requirements:Education/Training: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
Skill(s): Strong strategic planning and people development skills; effective leadership and coaching abilities; strong communication and relationship building capabilities; deep understanding of treasury products, cash flow solutions, and competitive market dynamics.
Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of treasury management or commercial banking experience, including prior leadership experience managing sales teams.
