Assistant Manager is an exciting opportunity at Surplus Furniture and Mattress Warehouse in Barrie. Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting individual and store, monthly, quarterly or annual sales goals
• Assist in daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in staff training and development activities.
• Help oversee inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Contribute to team leadership by motivating staff and fostering a positive work environment.
• Learn about budgeting, payroll, and administrative tasks related to retail management.
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with various departments to support company growth objectives.

Qualifications
