Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor encapsulation machines to ensure efficient production.
• Set up equipment and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic mechanical repairs during production
• Troubleshoot machine or process issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Required Experience:

• Onsite position
• Minimum 3+ years of Manufacturing experience with encapsulated product lines
• Knowledge of encapsulation machine operation
• Experience with process equipment operations
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Experience performing in-process mechanical repairs
