JOB SUMMARY

The Information Technology Manager (Microsoft O365 and Enterprise Services Focus) is responsible for the startup, implementation, and administration of the Microsoft O365 environment across the enterprise. This role will lead the configuration, security, and management of O365 services to support Hallandale Pharmacy’s expansion, encompassing approximately 240,000 sq ft of production facilities.

The position serves as the primary subject matter expert for Microsoft O365 and enterprise cloud services, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant collaboration and productivity systems across the organization.

Requirements:

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Plan, implement, and administer the Microsoft O365 environment, including user provisioning, license management, security configuration, and compliance controls.
  • Lead the migration and enterprise-wide adoption of O365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
  • Configure and maintain identity and access management services including Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce O365 security policies and governance standards.
  • Ensure O365 systems meet data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for O365-related services, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to IT Technicians for O365 and end-user service issues.
  • Manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes related to O365 services, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Develop system documentation, operational procedures, and training materials for staff.
  • Monitor system performance, usage, and security to ensure optimal operation of enterprise collaboration tools.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365 administration and enterprise cloud services.
  • Expertise in identity management and authentication within cloud environments, including Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of O365 security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to lead enterprise technology deployments and platform migrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to cloud services and end-user platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration tools and productivity platforms.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor and provide guidance to IT support staff.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in initiating and administering a Microsoft O365 environment, including configuration, governance, and security best practices.
  • Experience managing enterprise identity and authentication systems such as Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • Strong experience working within IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and tools.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert) are preferred.
