RJK LLC (the “Company”) is hiring for Customer Care Consultant at our dispensary. The Company has partnered with Jushi as the management services provider, overseeing day-to-day operations and administration. While Jushi supports the management and operational aspects of the business, all employment and compensation decisions are the sole responsibility of RJK LLC.

RJK LLC (The “Company”), has entered into a definitive agreement with Jushi as the management services provider responsible for services necessary and appropriate for the day-to-day operations, administration, and management of the Company’s operations. The Company is solely responsible for the employment of all employees and compensation of all employees. It is expected that the Company will transfer ownership of the dispensary in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.

As the Customer Care Consultant, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and patient service while educating the client. The Customer Care Consultant is primarily responsible for aiding patrons and patients, telephonically. The Customer Care Consultant conducts day-to-day customer phone support while adhering to company policy and industry regulations. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the cannabis industry.
