Automotive Finance Manager at Short Pump Motorcars LLC – Richmond, Virginia

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our new and growing dealership. This role is critical to delivering a smooth, transparent, and compliant buying experience while maximizing profitability through finance and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers
• Secure financing through lenders while maintaining competitive rates and terms
• Ensure all deals are structured accurately and comply with federal, state, and lender regulations
• Prepare and review contracts and legal documentation
• Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with lending partners
• Monitor and improve F&I performance metrics (PVR, product penetration, compliance

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (or strong F&I background)
• Solid understanding of auto financing, lender programs, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS)
• Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position.
