Compliance & Policy

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian employment law and provide guidance to managers on compliance, risk management, and employee relations matters.

Contribute to developing, documenting, and improving HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Impact

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experiences, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Act as a culture ambassador, promoting manager and leadership capability, and supporting a hybrid working environment.

Maintain awareness of HR trends, best practices, and new technologies to strengthen the HR function locally.
