Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage areas
• Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and use
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and recycling guidelines
• Remove waste regularly

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
