Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Support & General Maintenance

• Perform routine facility upkeep such as minor repairs, touch-ups, and general adjustments (non-mechanical).

• Assist in maintaining the interior and exterior areas of the warehouse, offices, hallways, and common spaces.

• Support movement of materials, racks, supplies, or office items when requested.

• Perform basic fixture replacement such as light bulbs, ceiling tiles, or signage.

• Monitor facility conditions and report issues requiring technical or vendor support.

2. Cleaning & Sanitation Support

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness across warehouse and office areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and organization of common areas.

• Ensure restrooms, breakrooms, and employee spaces remain stocked and clean.

• Support seasonal cleaning projects and deep-cleaning assignments.

• Maintain cleanliness of external entrances, walkways, and parking areas as needed.

3. Safety & Compliance Assistance

• Help maintain a safe work environment by identifying hazards and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.

• Assist with basic safety tasks such as clearing blocked exits, securing loose materials, and maintaining orderly storage spaces.

• Support safety checks, emergency exit inspections, and compliance walk-throughs as required by leadership.

4. Equipment & Supplies Support

• Perform routine non-technical checks on equipment such as inspecting cords, wheels, basic functionality, and cleanliness.

• Monitor supplies for facility needs (cleaning supplies, light bulbs, basic tools) and notify leadership when stock is low.

• Assist with assembling office furniture, racks, or facility fixtures using basic tools when needed.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Report facility issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly to leadership.

• Coordinate with Operations, Security, and Inventory teams to support facility workflow needs.

• Provide support during special events, audits, vendor visits, or peak season activities.

• Assist external vendors on-site by helping with access, escorting, or guiding them to maintenance areas.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Support leadership with day-to-day facility tasks or special projects as assigned.

• Assist with emergency preparedness tasks or facility resets.

• Perform other duties that contribute to overall facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in general maintenance, janitorial, or facility support roles preferred.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, hand tools, and facility upkeep.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized environment.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining facility standards.

• English required; Spanish preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and move throughout the facility for long periods.
