Jr. LOS Administrator (Full Time) - Baton Rouge, LA

OVERVIEW

We are actively seeking a Junior LOS Administrator to be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving all Mortgage Business Systems (primarily Encompass and Optimal Blue). This role offers the potential to advance your technical skills and experience using industry-leading mortgage technologies while learning from highly experienced colleagues. Qualified candidates will have a sharp technical mind, enjoy computing and want to be a part of a great company that is growing and evolving with the mortgage industry.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding to help desk tickets and providing the technical training and support needed to help the users avoid repeat errors
Researching new issues through the knowledge center and applying fixes with precision; logging all progress
Creating and maintaining custom forms, business rules, personas, roles, and all other settings within Encompass
Reporting on loan and rate lock data within Encompass as well as Optimal Blue
Assisting with maintenance of third party software used in integration with Encompass
Researching new features available through all software, including release note monitoring and reporting

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, IT-related, or a business-related field.
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and Word
Comfort working with computers in an environment that requires extreme attention to detail
Self-motivated; willing to continuously grow and expand your technological and mortgage knowledge
Ability to prioritize workload, effectively switch focus, work well assisting others, and follow written instruction

Salary based on experience.
