This role provides operational and executional support across a portfolio of digital programs, including customer education, community engagement, and AI initiatives. The Associate Program Manager will manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring smooth execution of multiple concurrent projects while enabling senior program managers to focus on strategy and scaling efforts. The position is highly cross-functional, involving collaboration with product, marketing, support, and analytics teams to maintain program quality, track engagement, and support end-to-end workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys operational ownership, and is excited about AI, community, and digital learning initiatives. The position is fully remote, offering exposure to innovative digital programs and opportunities to influence program growth and impact.
Accountabilities:- Manage day-to-day operations for digital programs, including course uploads, LMS administration, and newsletter publishing.
- Support rolling cohorts of AI-focused bootcamps and maintain front-end experiences for learning and community platforms.
- Coordinate community engagement activities, including moderation, communication workflows, and support request routing.
- Assist in advocacy and enablement programs by tracking contributors, supporting collaborators, and maintaining cross-team handoffs.
- Partner with analytics and marketing teams to track program metrics, ensure data hygiene, and support ad hoc reporting.
- Maintain documentation, timelines, and operational processes to ensure programs run efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience in program coordination, project support, or operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, execution-oriented environments and proactive in solving operational challenges.
- Interest in AI, digital education, and community engagement initiatives.
- Experience with digital tools, learning management systems, or program platforms is a plus.
