The Senior Customer Success Engineer will manage a portfolio of clients, guiding implementation, onboarding, and adoption of digital solutions. You will work closely with clients to define requirements, architect solutions, and develop custom configurations to ensure measurable outcomes. This position combines hands-on technical work, including JavaScript development and analytics configuration, with client-facing responsibilities, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Lead the technical onboarding, implementation, and adoption of digital solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Architect and configure platforms to meet client-specific requirements, providing real-time insights and analytics.
Develop custom JavaScript functions, dashboards, alerts, and reports to support client business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions and optimize client outcomes.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and complex requirements.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients in best practices, performance optimization, and solution scalability.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in digital solution implementation, customer success, sales engineering, or solutions consulting.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Tealeaf).
Strong understanding of web technologies, UX/UI principles, and page load performance optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
