We are seeking an experienced and motivated Expeditor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operations within our restaurant. The Expo position is all important and key to providing excellence in operation. You are the central hub of communication between the kitchen and servers. This is a tipped position where you can make a great income!

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that kitchen orders have been properly prepared by the kitchen.
• Add any necessary garnishes or condiments to the dish.
• Understands the company policy on dealing with guest preference and allergies.
• Communicate with kitchen on meal timing.
• Communicate with servers during guest’s visit.
• Responsible for keeping things flowing and getting orders delivered to tables as quickly as possible.
• Be constantly aware of factors such as food safety and temperature that is being delivered to guests.
• Responsible for managing guest requests at the table quickly and with a smile.

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
