As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring dentists across Ontario — from new grads to experienced general dentists and specialists.
You’ll build relationships, create talent pipelines, and support clinics in welcoming exceptional dental professionals into our growing network.
🌟 What You’ll Do
🪥 Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Lead recruitment from posting to offer for dentists and clinic roles across Ontario
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand clinic needs and culture
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations
🎯 Sourcing & Talent Engagement
  • Proactively source and connect with dentists across Ontario
  • Build strong pipelines through social media, networking, and community outreach
  • Engage new grads, licensed dentists, and specialists exploring new opportunities
🤝 Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate
  • Build long-term relationships with dental talent
  • Act as a trusted career partner and brand ambassador
🚀 Collaboration & Growth
  • Partner with HR, operations, and clinic leaders
  • Support onboarding and seamless hiring transitions
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment and engagement strategies
🌱 What You Bring
  • 3–5 years recruitment experience (healthcare or dental preferred)
  • Passion for dentist recruitment and relationship building
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • ATS and sourcing platform experience
