2026-07- Senior Logistics Clerk at Universal Electronics – Hai Duong City - Vietnam

Position Summary

Outbound shipments, Inbound shipment handling for customers such as Sony, Daikin, Sky, Vivint etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The duties listed below are intended only as examples of the various types of work that you may be asked to perform. 1. Timely release booking to forwarder as per customer shipping instructions.
2. Timely prepare shipping documents and provide to customer accurately.
3. Communicate with other sections like CS, warehouse, customs to fulfill the delivery.
4. To monitor shipments status closely and make sure to achieve OTD.
5. To accurately validate freight invoice and timely submit for payment.
6. To handle other affairs related to shipping responsibility within UVN.
7. Prepare the Customs document to make Customs declarations.
8. Prepare the document to apply COO.
9. Proficient in the above operations on VNACSS and ECOSYS.
10. Acknowledge about Customs settlement reports.

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience

1. 2~3 years working experiences for outbound shipments handling, can independently prepare all related shipping documents; Customs document.
2. Be familiar with Incoterms and well know how to release booking for ocean, air, courier delivery.
3. Experience in operating ERP system and have good PC skill.
4. Good communication skill, good English command.

Education, Licenses & Certification

1. BS in foreign economics, foreign trade, BA, banking and auditing and accounting etc.
2. To be familiar with MS office.
3. English communication is a must. Candidates speaking in both English and Chinese are preferred.

Work Conditions

1. 48hours per week.
2. Working in the office, the production area.
3. Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
