Job Summary:
This role will report to the Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis and be responsible for the optimization of franchisee financial performance. It will also provide insight and analysis of the business's key drivers beyond the P&L results.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consult and advise franchisees, both new and tenured, around financial performance.
- Ties financials statements output to KPIs to optimize revenue, EBITDA, and cashflow.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and decks for leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and drive alignment on KPIs to measure business results and overall business health indicators.
- Advise internal and external business partners about financial performance, combining P&L data with metrics performance.
- Heavy analytics support is required for site performance, A/R management, and revenue growth.
- Oversee report builds relative to content, aesthetics, and audience to ensure the right level of data is provided to both internal and external partners.
- Work with our trade and payer relations teams to identify and optimize margin opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Highly proficient in advanced Excel. Power BI experience helpful.
- Show demonstrated analytical abilities and use of data to identify and quantify opportunities for profitability growth.
- Relationship-Building Skills – build trust and ability to lead tasks or projects, often across multiple areas.
- Self-Managing - be initiative-taking and able to work independently.
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in FP&A in a senior analysis and/or management role.
- A BBA in finance or a related field is required.
- Healthcare, specifically Revenue Cycle and/or specialty infusion experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting are typical, often for the majority of the workday.
- Keyboarding: Frequent use of a keyboard for typing and data entry.
- Reaching: Occasionally reaching for items such as files, documents, or office supplies.
- Fine Motor Skills: Precise movements of the fingers and hands for tasks like typing, using a mouse, and handling paperwork.
- Visual Acuity: Good vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other detailed work.
