Location: Onsite (Morganville, NJ).
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday and Weekends.
Project Scope: Residential HVAC / Mechanical.

The Opportunity: You will serve as the essential link between homeowners and our technical teams, transforming complex HVAC needs into seamless service solutions. How You Will Make an Impact:
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a calm, professional, and helpful demeanor.
Educate homeowners on residential HVAC solutions to help them make informed decisions for their property.
Navigate a structured CRM system to accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records.
Resolve customer concerns by providing reassurance and clear information to overcome initial hesitations.
Coordinate scheduling between clients and field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and high satisfaction.
Execute follow-up procedures to ensure every customer receives a premier experience from start to finish.
Achieve performance goals that contribute to company growth while maximizing your personal bonus potential.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
One year of experience in customer service, sales, or a high-volume call center environment.
Proven ability to remain professional and maintain emotional control under high-pressure situations.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate complex CRM and scheduling software.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in the HVAC, mechanical, or residential service industry.
Demonstrated persistence in sales or lead generation with a focus on relationship building.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekend rotations.
