Client Support Specialist Deliver Premier Residential HVAC Service Experiences

Job Overview:

  • Location: Onsite (Morganville, NJ).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday and Weekends.

  • Project Scope: Residential HVAC / Mechanical.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity: You will serve as the essential link between homeowners and our technical teams, transforming complex HVAC needs into seamless service solutions. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a calm, professional, and helpful demeanor.

  • Educate homeowners on residential HVAC solutions to help them make informed decisions for their property.

  • Navigate a structured CRM system to accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records.

  • Resolve customer concerns by providing reassurance and clear information to overcome initial hesitations.

  • Coordinate scheduling between clients and field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and high satisfaction.

  • Execute follow-up procedures to ensure every customer receives a premier experience from start to finish.

  • Achieve performance goals that contribute to company growth while maximizing your personal bonus potential.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • One year of experience in customer service, sales, or a high-volume call center environment.

  • Proven ability to remain professional and maintain emotional control under high-pressure situations.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate complex CRM and scheduling software.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in the HVAC, mechanical, or residential service industry.

  • Demonstrated persistence in sales or lead generation with a focus on relationship building.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekend rotations.
