We are seeking friendly, organized, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about guest service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available: 7AM-3:00PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 9AM-:5:00PM, 10AM-6:00PM,

Shifts can vary Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Must be available to work weekdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and register guests upon arrival

· Accommodate special requests whenever possible

· Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

· Handle cash, credit card transactions, and follow proper cash-handling procedures

· Maintain accurate room status and room tracking

· Provide information about room types, rates, and resort amenities

· Present options and alternatives for guests to meet their needs

· Manage guest room key control and security

· Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally

· Positive, “Guest First” attitude with a passion for customer service.

· Strong multitasking and organizational skills

· Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

· Valid driver’s license required

· Must be 16 years of age or older

· Previous hospitality experience is a plus

· Must have comfortability speaking on the phone
