Work remote.

Defend companies and policyholders such as auto and manufacturing companies, and work on warranty cases.

You should have recent experience in some of the following:

Case management

Drafting critical motions

Developing written discovery

Taking and defending depositions

Participating in court proceedings

Trial and appellate experience

Areas of practice:

Products liability

Toxic Torts / Asbestos

Environmental, Healthcare litigation

General Torts

Required:

Recent toxic torts or products liability experience

Must be licensed in California and one of these: IL, IN, KS, MO
