Position Summary

We are seeking skilled CNC Turning Machinists to support growing production across all shifts. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes to produce high-precision components that meet strict industry and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC turning machines (2-axis and/or multi-axis)

Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T

Load programs, set tooling, and adjust offsets as required

Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools

Ensure parts meet aerospace, medical, and semiconductor quality standards

Maintain clean and organized workstations

Follow all safety, quality, and documentation procedures

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

Qualifications

2+ years of CNC turning experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level candidates)

Experience machining tight-tolerance, high-precision parts

Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T

Familiarity with common inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages, etc.)

Experience with aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Machines & Materials (experience with any is a plus)

CNC Lathes (Mazak, Okuma, Haas, Mori Seiki, or similar)
