- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience teaching in a licensed preschool
- At least 18 years old
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR
- CDA certification and 5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting OR
- 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori program
