What You’ll Do

Design Inspiring Experiences: Bring our curriculum to life with hands-on, meaningful learning that sparks curiosity.
Champion Every Child: Create a nurturing, well-managed classroom where each child feels seen, supported, and challenged.
Build Real Relationships: Partner closely with families through daily communication, shared milestones, and authentic connection.
Collaborate & Lead: Work alongside your teaching team to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom culture.
Shape the Early Years: Make a lasting impact on children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience teaching in a licensed preschool
  • At least 18 years old
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR
  • CDA certification and 5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting OR
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori program
