You will partner closely with senior sales leaders to design scalable processes, improve workflow efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, retention, and expansion across mid-market accounts. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with RevOps, Salesforce, and other internal teams to implement system enhancements and automation. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on improving complex sales operations, driving long-term solutions, and influencing high-impact initiatives in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will operate in a culture that values customer success, growth mindset, and team collaboration while scaling globally.
Accountabilities:
  • Partner with sales leadership to optimize mid-market sales processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional programs to enhance workflows, implement tooling improvements, and drive analytics-based insights.
  • Intake, assess, and prioritize sales operations requests and process gaps, developing a roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain operational metrics to identify inefficiencies or risks, and partner with teams to implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and RevOps teams on automation, system enhancements, UAT, and end-user communications.
  • Champion cultural principles and embed best practices across the sales organization as it scales.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations roles within fast-paced SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven ability to drive sales process improvements through cross-functional project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other sales technology tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, business judgment, and ability to influence data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field; MBA optional.
  • Salesforce administration experience is a plus.
