About This Position
The client support advocate serves as the primary contact for customers and patients in need of technical and product support. In this role, you will become an expert in ChronicCareIQ's software and Care Management Programs.

When using our software, practices can monetize time spent helping patients with Medicare's CCM (Chronic Care Management) and RPM (Remote Physiological Monitoring) programs.

Responsibilities:
- Timely response to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Help customers overcome technical issues, document all touch points, and clearly communicate status of issues
- Help patients (access to ePHI) with technical support issues accessing our platform
- Maintain a deep understanding of our solution and Medicare's monitoring programs
- Perform occasional quality assurance responsibilities for the software development team
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators
- Work with the internal development team to identify and resolve issues with the product
Education and Experience:
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of healthcare/healthcare technology experience required
- Familiarity with the healthcare/healthcare technology field with support experience preferred
- Familiar with CRMs (like HubSpot), IT documentation, and remote monitoring solutions
- Maintains a confident and professional presence while communicating with clients, patients, and internal teams via verbal and written communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to succeed in ambiguous situations
