Job Description – Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) builds strong partnerships with leaders and employees to align HR strategies with business needs. This role provides coaching, guidance, and data-driven insights to support performance, culture, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to support business goals and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins with business units to assess needs and engagement.
- Interpret and apply employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Coach leaders on performance management, development, and team effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and selection.
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits on job evaluations, offers, and equity reviews.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development.
- Support organizational changes and communication planning.
- Participate in HR projects, policy development, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in employee relations and employment law.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and reporting tools.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- HR Certification is a plus
