Job Description – Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) builds strong partnerships with leaders and employees to align HR strategies with business needs. This role provides coaching, guidance, and data-driven insights to support performance, culture, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to support business goals and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with business units to assess needs and engagement.
  • Interpret and apply employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, development, and team effectiveness.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and selection.
  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits on job evaluations, offers, and equity reviews.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development.
  • Support organizational changes and communication planning.
  • Participate in HR projects, policy development, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in employee relations and employment law.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • HR Certification is a plus
