About This Position
Position Overview
Hudson Technologies is seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Specialist focused on marketing automation, email strategy, and brand management. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement through targeted email campaigns, managing customer journeys within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), supporting lead management and sales enablement, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
This position plays a critical role in aligning marketing and sales through automation, lead insights, and performance-driven campaign execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Develop and manage the email marketing calendar aligned with corporate marketing objectives (across all 3 brands).
- Create, write, and execute targeted email campaigns across customer segments.
- Build, optimize, and maintain automated customer journeys within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Implement segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow automation strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on open rates, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights.
Lead Management & Sales Enablement
- Review, route, and manage inbound leads within CRM.
- Utilize and manage ZoomInfo for lead generation and enrichment.
- Align marketing automation workflows with sales pipeline stages.
- Provide actionable reporting and insights to sales leadership.
Brand Management
- Own and maintain brand guidelines for Hudson Technologies, USA Refrigerants, and Refrigerants Inc.
- Ensure consistent brand application across digital, print, and sales materials.
- Serve as internal brand point of contact.
Design & Asset Creation
- Create sales enablement materials including flyers, case studies, and presentations.
- Develop campaign assets aligned with brand standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in email marketing, CRM management, and marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred) or similar CRM platform
- Experience managing lead generation platforms such as ZoomInfo
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with design platforms (Canva, InDesign, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
