Lombardi Development is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven construction professional with at least five years of general contractor experience who is ready to take ownership of projects and play a vital role in a collaborative, boutique-style construction firm.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
Oversee subcontractor procurement, scope alignment, and contract administration.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Lead project meetings and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.
Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
Monitor job cost reports and proactively address budget variances.
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Support field operations to maintain schedule and resolve project challenges.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management with a General Contractor.
Associates Degree preferred (Construction Management or related field).
Experience with restaurant, office, or retail construction is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
Ability to manage multiple project phases and scopes simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
