Lombardi Development is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven construction professional with at least five years of general contractor experience who is ready to take ownership of projects and play a vital role in a collaborative, boutique-style construction firm.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, scope alignment, and contract administration.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Lead project meetings and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.

• Monitor job cost reports and proactively address budget variances.

• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Support field operations to maintain schedule and resolve project challenges.

• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management with a General Contractor.

• Associates Degree preferred (Construction Management or related field).

• Experience with restaurant, office, or retail construction is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.

• Ability to manage multiple project phases and scopes simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
