American Transportation provides School & Charter Bus services across CA & NV. We're seeking a detail-obsessed data entry pro to support our Sales & Reservations team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume phone calls and emails from clients.
• Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our transportation services.
• Enter and process trip reservations with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct daily accuracy checks on entered trip data.
• Generate and send trip confirmations.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by Sales Directors.

Fast & precise typing skills (high-volume data entry experience preferred)
Spreadsheet expertise (Excel/Google Sheets – formulas & formatting)

Schedule & Work Requirements:

• Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8-Hour Shifts
• This is an IN-OFFICE position. Remote work is not available.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
