We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Director of Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering department's strategic initiatives, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Engineering in developing and implementing engineering strategies and objectives.
• Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead and manage engineering teams across various sites, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives in the absence of the Director.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve engineering processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices within the engineering discipline.
• Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices, and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Relevant certifications in engineering management or project management are a plus.

· Proven experience in engineering management, with a strong track record of leading teams.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
