Software Developer at SYNERGY SETTLEMENT SERVICES INC – ORLANDO, Florida
About This Position
Why You’ll Love This Role
If you enjoy building smart solutions and understanding the business behind them, this role was designed for you. As a Software Developer – Business Systems, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology and operations—designing, building, and optimizing tools that directly impact how the business runs.
This isn’t a heads-down coding role. You’ll collaborate with real users, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and own systems that matter. If you like autonomy, variety, and visibility into the bigger picture, you’ll thrive here.
Requirements:What You’ll Do
You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping and improving our business systems by:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and SharePoint
- Turning loosely defined business requests into clear requirements and effective technical solutions
- Partnering directly with end users to understand workflows, improve processes, and deliver user-friendly tools
- Documenting system configurations, workflows, and processes to support scalability and knowledge sharing
- Collaborating with external vendors on implementations, testing, QA, and deployments
- Auditing existing systems to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and modernization
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
- Proven experience in software or systems development (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technologies)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to map business workflows to technical solutions
- Comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance or training
- Experience partnering with vendors or third-party implementers (a plus, not a must)
- Residency in Orlando, FL, with the ability to work on-site in a hybrid environment
Growth & Career Path
This role is intentionally designed as a developer-first hybrid position. As the organization grows, this opportunity can evolve into a Business Systems Manager role—owning enterprise platforms like ERP and CRM systems and playing a larger role in aligning technology with business strategy.
The Bottom Line
You’ll have real ownership, real influence, and the chance to build systems that make people’s work easier every day. If you’re looking for a role where your technical skills and business mindset are equally valued, we’d love to meet you.
