About This Position
PARAKEET COMMUNITIES LLC
We are Seeking:
Versatile, Reliable Assistant who will see to the administrative needs of the Corporate office staff, including clerical, accounting, and organization tasks. Other duties include making deposits, regularly retrieving and distributing mail from the post office, maintaining office snack selection, and any other errand or administrative duties as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Compiles, retrieves and updates accounting information on computer in an efficient manner.
* Generates and submits accounting reports and routine financial statements after review for accuracy.
* Maintains financial records and files in a neat, orderly manner.
* Prepares and distributes financial statements on a regular basis.
* Maintains office records and reports any problems or discrepancies to management.
* Meets deadlines in a timely, accurate fashion.
