Accountabilities:- Lead product management and program teams, providing guidance on priorities, objectives, and feature development.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate business plans, strategic vision, and product roadmaps to key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify actionable opportunities for current and future products.
- Track portfolio performance through metrics, analytics, and reporting to ensure alignment with goals.
- Engage with senior executives and external partners to evangelize products, influence strategy, and drive market adoption.
- Oversee relationships with internal teams, vendors, and channels to ensure cohesive product execution.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support proposal development and RFP responses as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles managing product and program management teams.
- Proven track record in program/project management and delivering complex product portfolios.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.
- Growth mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support customer engagements and team activities.
- U.S. citizenship required.
