Accountabilities
  • Own your territory from prospecting to close, managing the full sales cycle and building pipeline.
  • Listen to clients and ask insightful questions to identify their needs and match our solutions accordingly.
  • Become an expert on our pricing models and articulate why our platform outshines traditional healthcare options.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, maintaining a positive culture and communicating promptly.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas as an Account Executive.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve and be open to feedback.
  • Excellent listening skills, able to grasp client needs thoroughly before responding.
  • A hustler mentality with a strong work ethic that drives success.
  • Dependable and trustworthy with a commitment to delivering on promises.
  • Genuine care for people and a strong personal reputation.
  • Resilience in overcoming challenges.
  • Healthcare sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
