Accountabilities

Develop, launch, and optimize PPC and comprehensive digital-marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
Produce and schedule engaging content for social media, blogs, courses, and membership materials.
Design and execute segmented email campaigns with performance reporting and A/B testing.
Assist in all phases of podcast and video production, including editing and promotion.
Track and report key metrics, conduct competitor research, and identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams using project management tools.

Requirements

2.5+ years managing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, email) with proven results.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
Hands-on experience with SEO content creation and data-driven strategy optimization.
Familiarity with audio/video editing tools like Audacity and Adobe Audition.
