Clinician Full-time at Lamplight Counseling Services, LLC – Independence, Ohio

Lamplight Counseling Services is hiring compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapists (LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LSW, LPC, MFT) to provide outpatient counseling in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Maintain timely, clinically accurate documentation
• Use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches
• Coordinate care with outside providers as needed
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration
• Maintain healthy boundaries and uphold ethical standards

Position Details

• Full-time, W-2
• 24-30 billable hours/week
• In-person at any Lamplight location

• Active Ohio license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to manage documentation and caseload expectations
• Familiarity with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
• Reliable, professional, and client-centered

Preferred Experience

• Independent licensure
• Trauma-informed training
• Experience with couples or family therapy
• Comfort with an in-person schedule
