The Healthcare Marketing Coordinator will support BRG’s Integrated Health Services (IHS) advisory consulting practice. This role collaborates closely with IHS marketing colleagues, the broader corporate marketing team, and internal clients across the practice, including practice leaders, business development, and support staff. The position reports to the Healthcare Marketing Director.
Preferred Locations: Boston or Chicago
Key Contacts: Marketing team members and leadership; Internal Communications; practice leaders; business development team; and corporate functions including HR, Legal, Finance, and Workplace Services.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business development to identify and prepare RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct market research for sales campaigns using tools such as ZoomInfo and Definitive.
- Leverage the marketing technology stack—including CRM (DealCloud), email automation (Vuture/HubSpot), and project management tools (Monday.com)—and assist with data entry, campaign management, and reporting.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content updates and development of social media content to support campaigns.
- Oversee inventory and maintenance of practice marketing materials.
- Manage practice web bios and firm resumes used for client engagements.
- Partner with the marketing team to manage all aspects of events.
- Create and refine presentations using PowerPoint; track and report data using Excel.
- Write, proofread, and edit marketing content as needed.
- Maintain strong organization and timemanagement practices to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; experience in healthcare or professional services strongly preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to write, proofread, and adapt content for different audiences.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to build clear, visually engaging presentations.
- Working knowledge of Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or project management tools preferred (e.g., DealCloud, Vuture/HubSpot, Monday.com).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with strong quality control skills.
Salary Range: $55,000-$75,000
Candidates must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
