Job Title: Dock Truck Driver

Department: Supply Delivery

Status: Full Time / Non - Exempt

Reports To: Delivery Supervisor

A Dock Truck Driver will exhibit many of the traits of a Delivery Driver Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. They will also have the ability to deliver bulk orders and operate a larger class vehicle safely and efficiently. Must be able to obtain proper license for vehicle to be driven (Class B or Class A) as needed. Will also have the flexibility to assist on special projects that require moving product with a larger class vehicle. Essential Functions:

• Delivery of larger bulk/palletized orders at a rate up to 8-10 per day
• Ability and willingness to break down and handle large orders piece by piece if requested by customer
• Able to safely handle power equipment (power jack, power lift)
• Ability to attain and maintain proper class of license ( if needed )
• Assist with additional help on special projects or stops when requested
• Basic understanding of Federal Transportation laws that would be applicable to classification of vehicle being driven

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School education or the equivalent
• 1 to 3 years experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Works well under pressure and achieves deadlines
• Must be outgoing and have good customer service skills
• Maintains positive attitude and has great communication with the team
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work with detailed information accurately
• Ability to communicate both written and orally
