About This Position
U.S. Legal Support seeks an Order Entry Specialist that has a keen eye for detail, communicates effectively, and has excellent time management skills. Order Entry Specialist duties include entering, preparing, and sending out legal requests to custodians of records to obtain records.
📍 Location: Woodland Hills, CA(Onsite)
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Order Entry Specialist job functions:
- Critical thinking to confirm legal request for records is completed by our clients
- Heavy data entry
- Prepares legal packet via data entry, client preferences and system usage
- Email clients for confirmation, questions and or status
- Handle problem requests/research/follow-up
- Quality checks all documents, entries and legal paperwork
- Faxing, mailing, setting up hand serves of legal requests

Requirements
All you need to be an Order Entry Specialist is 1 year of relevant work experience and a high school diploma. Litigation support experience is a bonus!
