Accountabilities:
  • Provide advanced third-tier technical support for complex customer issues across diverse environments.
  • Perform deep technical troubleshooting, including lab replication, system analysis, and root-cause investigation.
  • Prioritize and resolve customer-impacting incidents in collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.
  • Engage directly with customers through email, phone, and remote support tools to deliver high-quality assistance.
  • Document, track, and communicate issues, solutions, and product feedback to improve overall platform reliability.
  • Contribute to the development of support tools, workflows, documentation, and knowledge-base resources.
  • Participate in limited on-call and out-of-hours support rotations, including weekends and holidays.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement, escalations, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, escalation engineering, or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Linux systems administration, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, packet capture analysis), and troubleshooting complex application stacks.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, threat detection concepts, and security best practices.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise customers in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, virtualization platforms, and cloud-based applications.
  • Basic scripting or programming experience, preferably in Python and bash.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively within distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
