This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the US Derivatives product suite within a fast-moving, highly regulated crypto trading environment. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of futures, options, perpetuals, and innovative retail-friendly derivatives, ensuring profitability, scalability, and operational excellence. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, risk, legal, compliance, finance, and operations. You will leverage market insights, regulatory knowledge, and trader behavior analytics to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation. This hands-on leadership role includes mentoring a team of product managers and analysts while influencing strategic direction and market positioning. • Define and execute the US derivatives strategy across futures, perpetuals, options, structured products, and emerging retail-focused instruments
• Lead product innovation for accessible and gamified retail derivatives, including prediction markets and event-driven contracts
• Translate complex regulatory, operational, functional, and technical requirements into actionable product plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and profitable derivatives offerings
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity to inform strategy and product decisions
• Establish detailed product requirements including UX/UI, API integrations, calculations, and operational workflows, and oversee their delivery
• Leverage analytics to evaluate product performance, trader behavior, and adoption metrics
• Mentor and lead a team of product managers and analysts to achieve product and business objectives

• 7+ years’ experience in US derivatives trading, structuring, or exchange leadership (crypto, FX, or traditional markets)
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact products
• Deep expertise in derivatives market microstructure, risk management, and incentive frameworks
• Strong product vision for retail derivatives, including event-driven or gamified contracts
• Familiarity with API-driven trading ecosystems, supporting both high-frequency and retail traders
• Knowledge of US derivatives regulatory environments, including CFTC and DCM requirements
• Understanding of global crypto derivative offerings across traditional markets, CeFi, and DeFi
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational challenges
