- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent pipeline development and revenue growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
- Develop and execute territory strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, customer success, and solution engineering teams, to drive successful outcomes
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying high-potential opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations that address client needs and pain points
- Utilize multiple channels such as cold outreach, social selling, and networking to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline status within CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in SaaS and digital marketing technologies
- Continuously refine sales approaches and product knowledge to improve performance and conversion rates
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales within the North American market
- At least 2 years of experience selling to mid-market or large mid-market organizations
- Background in martech, adtech, or data technology, with knowledge of industry competitors
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of ownership, accountability, and resilience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in a remote work environment and collaborating across time zones
- Competitive on-target earnings ranging from $170,000 to $200,000 annually
