About Treering
At Treering, we help people capture and preserve life’s most meaningful moments—from school milestones to unforgettable travel experiences—and turn them into personalized yearbooks and photobooks.
We’ve built a memories-as-a-service platform that enables schools and travel partners to transform photos and moments into finished books using AI-powered tools, automation, and intuitive design—making what was once a complex, manual process faster, more flexible, and more personalized.
We’re a fast-growing, purpose-driven company expanding beyond yearbooks into travel and experiential memories. And just as intentional as we are about the products we build, we’re equally focused on creating a workplace where people feel supported, empowered, and connected to the impact of their work.
Role Overview
Treering is building out its Travel Vertical, and this is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level and help shape what it becomes.
We have already established a strong foundation of early strategic partnerships in the Travel space and are looking for a Head of Sales to build on that momentum, expanding those relationships while driving new pipeline and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution. In the near term, this role will be actively involved in driving sales directly while also building the structure, processes, and team needed to support long-term growth. Over time, as the function scales, the role will naturally evolve to focus more on leading and developing the team while maintaining strong alignment with revenue outcomes.
Own and execute the end-to-end revenue strategy for Treering’s Travel Vertical, including go-to-market approach, pipeline generation, forecasting, and long-term growth planning
Build and scale a high-performing sales organization across Enterprise and SMB segments, with clear expectations, accountability, and coaching
Drive new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention to deliver predictable, scalable revenue growth
Establish and manage revenue targets, forecasts, and operating metrics, providing clear visibility to executive leadership
Expand existing partnerships while generating new pipeline and closing strategic deals
Design and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and forecasting practices
Lead pricing, packaging, and deal strategy in partnership with Finance, balancing growth, margin, and long-term value
Partner closely with Marketing on positioning, demand generation, and market differentiation within the Travel sector
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities and competitive advantage
Work in close alignment with Customer Success to ensure strong handoffs, customer outcomes, and long-term relationships
Lead change management across the Travel Vertical, bringing structure and clarity while maintaining momentum and team engagement
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders
Represent Treering externally as a senior commercial leader in the Travel industry, strengthening brand presence and credibility
10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including leadership responsibilities
Proven ability to build a pipeline and close deals while also leading and developing teams
Experience scaling revenue and sales infrastructure in a growth-stage or emerging vertical
Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market strategy
Comfortable operating as both a hands-on seller and a leader
Experience in Travel, Hospitality, or adjacent industries is a plus
Expansion of existing partnerships alongside new pipeline and revenue growth
Early traction and momentum within the Travel Vertical
A growing, well-structured sales organization with clear processes and accountability
Strong alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Evolution of the role from hands-on sales leadership to a more scaled, team-focused function as the business grows
$165,000 - $185,000 a year
