As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning.

Compensation:$40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Promote INSPIRE Autism’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client-centered care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space.
- Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities.
- Track and record data on each child’s progress using our electronic system.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass background and child safety clearances.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time!
- Eagerness to learn — ABA training provided!
