  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Public Adjuster License.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital advocate for our clients, navigating complex insurance claims to ensure fair and accurate recoveries for residential and commercial properties. This role empowers you to leverage your technical construction knowledge to interpret policies and protect the interests of property owners. You will work within a hand-selected team that operates like a second family, providing high-stakes solutions in a fast-paced environment.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Interpret complex insurance policies to maximize claim recovery for residential and commercial clients.

  • Utilize Xactimate with proficiency to generate precise and professional damage estimates.

  • Negotiate directly with insurance carriers to resolve disputes and secure equitable settlements.

  • Coordinate with the sales and client relations team to maintain transparent communication throughout the claim lifecycle.

  • Evaluate property damage on-site to document losses accurately and ensure no detail is overlooked.

  • Strengthen client relationships through expert guidance and a people-first approach to advocacy.

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of claims while maintaining strict adherence to industry regulations and timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 3 years of experience in public adjusting or insurance claims management.

  • Proven technical proficiency in Xactimate

  • Strong foundational understanding of residential and commercial construction standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and property owners.

  • Valid Public Adjuster License and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Advanced experience in policy language interpretation and legal recovery workflows.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing high-tension negotiations.

  • Background in sales or client-facing roles within the general construction industry.
