As a part-time Custodian, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents have a clean and safe place to live. This position focuses on the upkeep of common areas and assisting with the preparation of apartment units for new families.

• Common Area Maintenance: Clean and sanitize hallways, laundry rooms, entryways, and community spaces.
• Unit Turnovers: Occasionally assist the maintenance team with removing garbage and deep cleaning of vacated apartments to get them ready for new tenants.
• Waste Management: Ensure the grounds and dumpster areas are free of debris.
• Safety: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Property Manager.

• Experience: Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Reliability: Must be dependable and able to work independently.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Background: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
