  • Monitor and manage testing activities with respect to established quality gates.
  • Track, document, and drive defects through their full lifecycle until successful resolution.
  • Document and assess test results, investigating anomalies and identifying root causes when issues arise.
  • Communicate test progress, results, and potential risks to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies.
  • Execute and understand automated test cases using tools such as Tosca, Postman, UI Path, or comparable automation frameworks.
  • Create test plans, execute test cases, manage defects, and deliver evidence and reporting using Jira and Xray.
  • Define appropriate test coverage, including preparation of required test data.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing.
  • Strong expertise in Agile Testing, Built‑In Quality, and Test Automation principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with Xray and Jira for test and defect management.
  • Deep understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to track issues and produce clear, well‑structured technical assessment reports.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex and challenging environments.
  • Highly structured, rigorous, and detail‑oriented approach to testing.
  • Experience designing and executing System Integration Tests (System of Systems, end‑to‑end testing).
