Job description: As a Vacation Experience Advisor, you will assist U.S. customers in planning and securing unforgettable travel experiences. Your role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, and using persuasive communication to help customers feel confident in their choices. Every interaction should feel supportive and stress-free. You’ll work with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, helping customers select the right vacation options while meeting performance goals in a collaborative environment. Responsabilities: Customer Engagement: • Connect with customers who have expressed interest in our vacation offerings, providing personalized guidance and solutions. • Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring customers feel informed and supported. Travel Expertise: • Maintain strong knowledge of destinations, resorts, and vacation packages to offer accurate and inspiring recommendations. Experience Enhancement: • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer’s vacation experience through tailored options that fit their preferences. • Confirm and verify customer requirements to ensure seamless booking and satisfaction. Consultative & Persuasive Communication: • Use structured conversation scripts and persuasive techniques to clearly explain benefits and value, focusing on creating memorable experiences rather than “selling.” • Build trust and confidence through consultative dialogue that helps customers make informed decisions. Customer Care: • Deliver exceptional service on every interaction, building long-term relationships. Qualifications: • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable engaging with U.S. customers. B2+,C1 • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel, or hospitality. • Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive skills to guide customers toward the best vacation options. • Tech-savvy and able to manage interactions efficiently. • Open to learning and professional development. • Knowledge of vacation destinations is a plus.
