As our Maintenance Foreman, you’ll lead two maintenance assistants and take ownership of keeping our properties safe, functional, and well cared for.
This is a hands-on leadership role with strong autonomy, variety, and the ability to shape how maintenance is done across multiple sites.

What you will do:
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple properties
- Mentor and support maintenance assistants
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, etc.)
- Assess repair needs, plan work, and source materials or external trades
- Complete general building maintenance, including painting, patching, and fixture installation
- Perform seasonal work: landscaping, mowing, snow removal
- Respond to service tickets and prioritize work effectively
- Maintain safety standards and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Communicate proactively with management about site conditions and improvements
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of progressive maintenance or multi‑trade experience
- Proven leadership ability—formal or informal
- Training or experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building systems (strong asset)
- Ability to operate equipment (skid steer, telehandler, riding mower, trailers)
- Strong problem-solving skills and pride in craftsmanship
- Customer‑focused, professional, and reliable
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel to sites outside Lethbridge as needed
- Flexibility for varied work hours depending on operational needs
